Experience Required: 3-8 years in a technical marketing engineering role.
Skills Required: Full Stack Development, API Integrations, Frontend UX Optimization, Marketing Automation, SEO, Web.
Performance Optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute technical experiments to improve user acquisition and revenue generation.
Build and maintain integrations with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRMs.
Implement marketing automation workflows and optimize lead capture mechanisms.
Support landing page development, testing, and optimization.
Enhance technical SEO performance for organic growth.
Work closely with growth+marketing and engineering teams to align technical implementations with marketing goals.
Technical Skills Required:
Frontend: JavaScript (React, Next.js), HTML, CSS
Backend: Node.js, Python, API Development
Marketing Tech Stack: HubSpot, Segment, Google Tag Manager, Looker (or other BI tools)
Database & Cloud: Firebase, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP
Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of GTM, RevOps, and marketing data pipelines.
Ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions.
Prior experience in growth engineering or technical marketing roles.
